This website has been designed for customers to order flowers in Mills florist as easy as possible. Simply select your bouquet, click ‘Add to basket’, proceed to checkout, and fill in your details. Your beautiful flowers will be sent by our delivery drivers within areas listed in our checkout form. So Please choose a delivery area, as we will not be responsible for flowers that are not delivered due to incorrect details. We offer same-day delivery flowers if orders made before 2 PM on the same day.


In the event of supply difficulties, Mills florist reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal quality and value.

Delivery Information

We offer same-day delivery for Derby and Nottingham areas when the order is received before 2 pm at Uk time. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day. Please phone us to see if we can help. Our number: 

Delivery Details

Our delivery is available Monday to Saturday. We deliver from 9.00am- 6.00pm. We try our very best to fulfil all delivery requests.  If an order is received for a Sunday or Bank Holiday it will be delivered the next working day.

We only deliver funeral orders to funeral directors (not church or cemeteries), so please ask about the funeral directors and fill the funeral directors and postcode in the related fields. Also, funeral deliveries have the priority to be delivered

Delivery Charges:

A little delivery charge is required according to the location of the delivery. Please talk to us for help and advice if your delivery area is not listed below, as we may help. 

Our delivery prices start from £1.95- £4.95 depending on the area. All our delivery areas are listed below.

DE1, DE3, DE21, DE22, DE23, DE24, DE72, DE65, DE56, DE73, NG10, NG9


         1.  All Products on this website (vary from time to time) are available in Nottingham and Derby area, UK

         2.  Certain Products may be delivered in buds to ensure a longer life.

        3.  All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. 

        4.  In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

         5.  We reserve the right to replace products shown to equal value and quality. 

Currency and Prices

We use the English currency £  and all prices are listed within the Service.

Order / Payments

We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards. By clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions on the Online site. 

Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order. 

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address you quote and we regret that where goods have been correctly delivered, we can not accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere. 

Where the carrier is unable to find someone in the address to accept delivery, we will either deliver the product to a neighbour and leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least one working day prior to the preferred delivery time. 

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form. 


Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

Customer Services

Because of the nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery. 

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Online Site from time to time. So it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Online Service or Online Site. Changes will be effective after the posting on the website. 


Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Online website and/or the Online Services for any reason at any time.
